MARKET ENTRY / PARTNERSHIPS
Qualify the counterparties that change the entry case.
Panasia names the counterparty categories that can move a market — licensed venues, custodians, banks, registered brokers, foundations, local operators — then qualifies each against licence scope, mandate fit, and decision authority.

- Licensed exchanges & registered DAX operators
- Custodians & wallet providers
- Banks & payment institutions
- Registered brokers & dealers
- Protocol foundations
- Market-infrastructure providers
- Local operating agencies
A warm introduction to the wrong licence.
An introduction is not access. Panasia qualifies a counterparty the way a public register does: what it is licensed to do, for which customers, in which market. A Singapore counterparty's presence in the MAS Digital Payment Token Service directory establishes the institution and its listed activity — not permission for your product, your customer type, or your cross-border flow.
FOUR QUALIFICATION LAYERS
04 / 10Four qualification layers.
Introductions create value only when both sides understand why the relationship should exist, what each party owns, and which decision follows the first conversation.

Partner categories, named
Licensed exchanges and registered DAX operators, custodians and wallet providers, banks and payment institutions, registered brokers and dealers, protocol foundations, and local operating agencies. Each changes a different part of the entry case, and only one of them usually matters first.

Licence scope before mandate fit
Check the register before the meeting: the MAS DPT directory, the SFC register of licensed persons and VATP operators, Malaysia's list of registered digital-asset exchanges, the FSA's list of registered Japanese providers, Taiwan's VASP registration. Directory status is evidence about the counterparty, not approval for your service.

Decision authority
Establish who inside the counterparty can say yes, what evidence that person needs, and which committee or regulator sits behind them.

Operating handoff
Turn the conversation into owners, dependencies, evidence, and a dated next action on both sides.
Register first, calendar second.
Verification is cheap and early; discovering a scope mismatch after two months of dialogue is neither.
