PANASIA / PRIVACY
Privacy Notice
Last updated: 18 September 2026 · Version 2026-09-18
1. Who handles your information
Panasia Co., Ltd. (Representative: John Lee) handles inquiry information to understand your request, discuss the scope of work and respond to you.
For privacy questions, access, correction, deletion or withdrawal requests, contact people@panasia.io. We may ask for the minimum information needed to verify the request.
2. Preparing an email inquiry
Preparing or copying an email draft does not submit it to Panasia. The website keeps the draft in the current page and does not automatically save its contents to our server. You choose whether to send it through your email app.
The draft uses your name, work email, company and selected services. You may also include a product URL, target market, budget, start date, buyer workflow, existing market conversations and additional context. Company or media inquiries can omit service details.
When you send an email, Panasia receives its contents and sender information. Your email provider handles the message under its own terms and privacy policy.
3. Submitting directly on the website
Direct website intake is not enabled in this version. Use the email draft and send it from your email app. Creating a draft is not a receipt or a confirmed consultation.
4. Use, retention and your choices
We use inquiry information for business contact, reviewing market and service fit, preparing a response or proposal, and preventing duplicate or abusive requests. We do not use the inquiry as consent to advertising emails.
The retention period for inquiry records is 90 days after the inquiry is closed. Records needed for a contract, a legal retention duty or a dispute are retained for the applicable purpose and period. You can request deletion or withdrawal by email; refusing the information needed to respond may prevent us from handling the inquiry.
Only authorized people handling the inquiry should access it. Please do not include passwords, private keys, identity documents or sensitive personal information in your inquiry.
5. Website hosting and optional analytics
Vercel hosts the website and processes technical request information needed to deliver and protect it. Service providers may process information outside Korea according to their service locations and published policies.
Google Analytics runs only with your analytics consent. It measures page visits, inquiry actions and confirmed website receipts. Names, emails, inquiry text, receipt IDs and page query parameters are not sent as analytics event data. Advertising tracking is disabled.
Analytics cookies and your stored preference expire after at most 180 days. Rejecting or withdrawing analytics does not prevent an inquiry. Use Cookie preferences in the footer to change your choice. A Global Privacy Control signal also keeps analytics off.
6. Provider information and updates
Provider details are available in the linked privacy policies. Changes to this notice are published here with an updated version and date.
