PANASIA INTELLIGENCE / SELECTED WORK

Accountability, shown as case records.

Twenty-one engagements sit in the proof ledger. Three have cleared publication review and are published as case records in the exact words that were approved; the remaining eighteen are counted and nothing else about them is published until they clear.

WHY THIS PAGE IS SHORT

03 / 10

Three publishable, eighteen not.

The ledger is the reason this page can be checked. Every record carries a state, an approved public claim, and a provenance line, and nothing here exists outside it. Where a record has not cleared review, the withheld detail is named rather than replaced with an adjective.

THE PUBLICATION STANDARD

04 / 10

The publication standard.

Every public record follows the proof ledger and its current review state. Delivery attribution stays attached when a record becomes publishable.

Three published records

Polygon — $2M Korean TVL in 30 days through DeFi partnerships and developer incentives. KuCoin — $150M+ trading volume through KOL and paid distribution. OpenLedger — 2M+ community reach. Each appears in the words the founder approved, with its provenance line attached.

Eighteen still in review

The rest of the ledger is counted and nothing more. Until a record clears review, its client name, category, metric, budget, partner identity, and quote are unavailable to anyone, including under embargo. Naming the sectors would be a characterisation the review has not cleared.

Permission is the gate, not taste

Publication follows the ledger's state and its publication policy. Client marks are absent from this page because the policy blocks them, not because the work is thin.

What is withheld is named

Budgets, partner identities, channel mixes, attribution models, and operating sequences are listed as withheld rather than paraphrased into something vaguer.

FRAME TO PUBLICATION

05 / 10

Written during, not after.

Decision history is preserved as the engagement runs, which is the only way a claim can later be published with a source.

  1. 01

    Frame

Define the market decision, the evidence threshold, and the accountable owner at the start of the engagement.

  2. 02

    Verify

Separate confirmed facts from working assumptions and private operating context.

  3. 03

    Execute

Run the approved local route while preserving the decision history that a record will later have to cite.

  4. 04

    Publish

Release a case record only after its claims, provenance, and permissions clear review.

APPROVED CASE RECORD

07 / 10

KuCoin — $150M+ trading volume through KOL and paid distribution.

An approved case record, published with its claim and its provenance line intact. It is one of three; the other eighteen ledger records remain in review and are deliberately not shown.
