Scope the next campaign

What this case informs in a new campaign

A new engagement starts with three reviewable outputs: an audience brief, a participant journey and a reporting plan. The client approves these before content and outreach begin.

Audience brief

Specify who should pay attention, what the product offers them and which Korean channels they use. The brief gives creators and community contributors one shared message.

Participant journey

Map the path from a creator post to a local guide, AMA or available product feature. Prepare the link, instructions and replies needed at each step.

Reporting plan

List what will be delivered and which responses can be verified: published content, attendance, questions or product actions. Keep estimated reach separate from those observations.
