MARKET ENTRY / PR & EVENTS

Time communications to the market's sequence.

Panasia sequences local media, announcements, AMAs, and offline activation against each market's own gates — including the markets where local-language communication is itself a condition of entry.

Part of Market Entry.

Communication conditions, market by market

02 / 09
  • Korea — exchange conversation first
  • Japan — Japanese-language disclosure
  • Thailand — Thai-language perimeter signals
  • Hong Kong — professional-investor limits
  • Singapore — licensed-counterparty claims
  • Taiwan — registered-entity naming

WHEN AN ANNOUNCEMENT IS A REGULATED ACT

03 / 09

Publishing can change your position.

An announcement is a commitment made in public, and in some markets it is also a regulated act. Japan expects Japanese-language disclosure and a counterparty a reader can check against the FSA's published list of registered providers. Thailand counts Thai-language promotion, baht pricing, local domains, and local staffing among the signals that bring an offshore service inside its perimeter. So communications are timed to the gate, not to the launch.

FOUR LAYERS

04 / 09

The gate outranks the calendar.

Visibility is useful when it gives the market a credible reason to understand, discuss, or act. Every channel connects to the same entry thesis and the same evidence boundary.

Gating conditions

Japan and Thailand make local-language communication part of the perimeter. Korea's exchange conversations run before the announcement, not after. Hong Kong limits who a product may be described to at all. The channel plan follows those constraints.

FRAME, CHECK, PREPARE, SEQUENCE, EVALUATE

05 / 09

Check the perimeter at step two.

A message that has to be withdrawn costs more than the market moment it was aiming at.

    Frame

Define the audience, the message, the evidence boundary, and the market action the communication is meant to enable.

  2. 02

    Check the perimeter

Confirm whether local-language promotion, local pricing, or a named local entity changes the regulated position before anything publishes.

  3. 03

    Prepare

Build local-language materials, spokesperson context, and channel readiness under a named local owner.

  4. 04

    Sequence

Release media, community, partner, and event moments in the order the market's gates allow.

  5. 05

    Evaluate

Review message movement and operating outcomes, not impressions.

FSA Japan — list of registered crypto-asset exchange service providers

Japan's FSA publishes the list of registered crypto-asset exchange service providers, so any announcement naming a Japanese counterparty can be checked against the register before it is published — and should be.
