Scope
Event design and production for the World × peaq meetup in Seongsu. The World × peaq collaboration itself was formed by the two projects.

Coordinating a shared experience
The 30 September 2026 operating plan linked QR check-in, app preparation, Orb and peaq demonstration stations, and merchandise collection. Staff responsibilities, a rehearsal and station handovers were prepared as one guest journey.
Distribution evidence
The ium Labs campaign report dated 24 September lists 19 completed Telegram placements. All 19 public posts were readable and relevant when checked on 29 October. The count documents publication, not unique reach, attendance or adoption.
Attribution and partnership boundary
The public event page credits ium Labs for design and event production. PANASIA presents this as team delivery experience. World and peaq formed their own collaboration; event production is not evidence that PANASIA brokered their partnership.
Applying this experience to a new brief
Connect registration, product demonstrations and on-site operations. PANASIA uses these questions to define the market, counterparties and scope for a new engagement.
